Actor Pooja Bedi, who was eliminated last month, had her father Kabir Bedi’s partner, Parveen Dusanj, tweeting for her. Dusanj threw light on Pooja’s charity work, when requesting for votes for her.
Ex-inmate, actor Mahek Chahal’s team too, tweeted regularly, thanking people for their votes, and clarified that it was her “team and family” that was handling the account. Also, blogs on her website talked about her stay in first person.

“Tweeting regularly got me around 11 thousand followers... So, perhaps it helped in getting more votes too,” says Bedi.
Shradha Sharma, who got eliminated from the show earlier this month, says: “I think it is quite helpful if you ask your family to vote from your account. I’m also on Twitter, but I didn’t think of this. Even I should have thought of it.”
